Background
On 21 April 08 we received this proposal seeking to amend Rule prescribing these parameter values for specified revenue determinations (22 May 08 section 95).
On 13 November 2008 the Commission gave notice under section 102 of the National Electricity Law (NEL) of its final Rule determination. The Commission decided not to accept the proposal to amend the parameter values for equity beta and gamma.
The final Rule determination sets out the reasons for the Commission’s decision.
