The AEMC’s 2017 retail competition review will be published by 25 July 2017. This new release date allows stakeholders the appropriate time to assess information in the related and recently released Independent Review into the Future Security of the National Electricity Market presented by Dr Alan Finkel, and the State of the Energy Market from the AER, and consider our retail competition review in light of their findings.
