On 12 November 2009, the Commission published a notice under section 95 of the National Electricity Law to commence initial consultation on a Rule change proposal received from AEMO.  This Rule change proposal is seeking to amend the publication timing of the NEM operating data.  Submissions are due 14 December 2009.
