The Reliability Panel has released the draft report under its annual market performance review. The scope of this review is to consider the reliability, security and safety of the National Electricity Market (NEM) in terms of the performance against the standards and guidelines determined by the Panel under the NER. The draft report sets out the Panel's preliminary assessment of the performance of the NEM during the 2011-2012 financial year in terms of the reliability and security of the power system.

Stakeholders are invited to provide submissions on the draft report by 6 December 2012.
