In accordance with clause 11.31.3(a) the Panel is required to develop and publish interim amendments to the RERT guidelines within two weeks of the commencement date of National Electricity Amendment (Improved RERT Flexibility and Short-notice Reserve Contracts) Rule No.19 2009. 

These interim amendments to the RERT guidelines replace those published by the Panel on 24 November 2008.
