On 1 July  2011, the Commission published Version 44 of the National Electricity Rules to incorporate the following Rule made by the Commission:

• National Electricity Amendment (Application of Dual Marginal Loss Factors) Rule 2011 No 6, which commenced operation on 30 June 2011;
• National Electricity Amendment (Cost Recovery for Other Services Directions) Rule 2010 No.5, which commenced operation on 1 July 2011;
• National Electricity Amendment (Scale Efficient Network Extensions) Rule 2011 No. 7, which commenced operation on 1 July 2011;
• National Electricity Amendment (Minor Changes) Rule 2011 No 4, which commenced operation on 1 July 2011; and
• National Electricity Amendment (Reliability Settings from 1 July 2012) Rule 2011 No 5, which commenced operation on 1 July 2011.
