On 12 November 2009, the Commission published a new version of the National Electricity Rules.

The current consolidated version of the Rules is Version 33, incorporating the following Rule made by the Commission:

• the National Electricity Amendment (Confidentiality Provisions for Network Connections) Rule 2009 No. 20
