The Australian Energy Market Commission today published version 95 of the National Electricity Rules, which incorporates National Electricity Amendment (Participant derogation – NSW DNSPs Revenue Smoothing) Rule 2017 No. 6 and National Electricity Amendment (Participant derogation – ACT DNSP Revenue Smoothing) Rule 2017 No. 7.
