The Australian Energy Market Commission today published version 81 of the National Electricity Rules, which incorporates Schedules 1 and 3 of the National Electricity Amendment (Extension of the Reliability and Emergency Reserve Trader) Rule 2016 No. 5. These changes take effect today, Thursday 23 June 2016.

The AEMC publishes a new version of the National Electricity Rules when changes to the rules commence operation.
