The Australian Energy Market Commission today published version 70 of the National Electricity Rules as in force in the Northern Territory (NT NER). Version 70 of the NT NER is version 163 of the National Electricity Rules as amended by the National Electricity (Northern Territory) (National Uniform Legislation) (Modification) Regulations 2016.
