On 1 October 2014, the Commission published Version 65 of the National Electricity Rules to incorporate the following Rules:

• National Electricity Amendment (Connecting embedded generators) Rule 2014 No. 3
• Schedule 2 of the National Electricity Amendment (Minor Changes) Rule 2014 No. 5
