On 10 November  2011, the Commission published Version 46 of the National Electricity Rules to incorporate the following Rule made by the Commission:

• Schedules 1 and 3 of the National Electricity Amendment (Application and Operation of Administered Price Periods) Rule 2011 No 9, which commenced operation on 10November 2011.
