On 1 December 2019, the Australian Energy Market Commission published version 40 of the National Electricity Rules as in force in the Northern Territory (NT NER). Version 40 of the NT NER is version 128 of the National Electricity Rules as amended by the National Electricity (Northern Territory) (National Uniform Legislation) (Modification) Regulations 2016.
