On 15 October 2009, the Commission published a new version of the National Electricity Rules.

The current consolidated version of the Rules is Version 32, incorporating the following Rule made by the Commission:

• the National Electricity Amendment (Improved RERT Flexibility and Short-notice Reserve Contracts) Rule 2009 No. 19
