On 16 January 2025, the Australian Energy Market Commission published version 121 of the National Electricity Rules as in force in the Northern Territory (NT NER). Version 121 of the NT NER is Version 223 of the National Electricity Rules as amended by the National Electricity (Northern Territory) (National Uniform Legislation) (Modification) Regulations 2016.
