The AEMC has published an Issues Paper for public consultation to commence its Review of Electricity Customer Switching arrangements in the National Electricity Market (NEM). This Review is focussed on supporting customer choice and facilitating efficient switches between retailers.

Stakeholders are invited to provide submissions on the Issues Paper by no later than Tuesday, 24 December 2013.
