A Consultation Paper prepared by the staff of the AEMC has also been published to provide guidance to stakeholders in commenting on the Rule change request.  The AEMC invites written submissions or comments by 24 June 2010.  Under section 107 of the NEL, the AEMC has extended the time for the making of the draft Rule determination to 30 September 2010.
