The Commission has published a notice inviting written submissions and intending to assess this Rule change proposal under an expedited process as it is urgent.  The Rule change proposal was submitted by the Reliability Panel.

Written objections to the Rule change proposal being assessed under the expedited process outlined in section 96 of the NEL must be received by 3 September 2009.  Submissions to the Rule change proposal must be received by 17 September 2009.
