The International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER) is an international body representing regulatory authorities around the world.
The deadline for submission of articles for the third edition is Wednesday 1 October 2014 for publication in January 2015 and is open to regulators, academics, industry representatives, consultants and others (such as consumer groups). Articles need to be sent by Wednesday 1 October 2014 to chronicle@icer-regulators.net. Information on specifications and submissions and the submission form are attached. The second edition of the ICER Chronicle, which aims to promote ICER’s goal of enhancing regulatory knowledge of gas and electricity around the world was published on 1 July 2014 and contained nine articles from a variety of stakeholders including two stories from members of the Women in Energy network.
