The International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER) is a voluntary framework for cooperation among electricity and gas regulators globally.

The first edition of the ICER Chronicle, which aims to promote ICER’s goal of enhancing regulatory knowledge of gas and electricity around the world was released on 20 December 2013 and contained articles from a variety of stakeholders including stories from members of the Women in Energy network.

The deadline for submission of articles for the second edition is Friday 14 March 2014 and is open to regulators, academics, industry representatives, consultants and others (such as consumer groups). Articles need to be sent by 14 March 2014 to chronicle@icer-regulators.net . Information on specifications and submissions and the submission form are attached.
