On 13 February 2014, the AEMC published a late supplementary submission from AEMO in relation to the Governance of retail market procedures rule change request.

In the submission, AEMO, the rule change proponent, outlines a modified approach to the implementation of the original rule change request. In light of this development, the AEMC recently extended the period in which it must make a draft rule determination. This will now be published by 8 May 2014.
