The AEMC is extending the date for publishing the final determination on the DWGM simpler wholesale price rule change request.

The extension is necessary due to the complexity and volume of issues raised in stakeholder submissions. The final determination will now be published on 12 March 2020.

To assist with preparing the final determination, the AEMC will establish a technical working group on the DWGM simpler wholesale price and DWGM improvement to AMDQ regime rule change requests. 

Organisations that have been involved in earlier consultation on DWGM rule changes will be invited to a technical working group meeting in early December 2019 in Melbourne. Other stakeholders wishing to register their interest can contact the project team:
