On 8 August 2013, the AEMC published its draft rule determination and draft rule on the access to NMI Standing Data rule change request. The draft rule clarifies the entitlement of retailers to NMI Standing Data. The draft rule also allows retailers to disclose NMI Standing Data to their service providers.

Interested stakeholders are invited to provide submissions on the draft rule determination and draft rule by 19 September 2013.
