In accordance with section 101 of the NEL, any requests for a pre-determination hearing must be received by 27 August 2009. Requests for a hearing should be forwarded to submissions@aemc.gov.au and must cite the project reference (ERC0089) in its title. The Commission also invites interested parties to provide written submissions by 5 pm on Friday 2 October 2009.
