On 1 September 2011, the AEMC published AEMO's Rule change request and an AEMC staff Consultation Paper to provide guidance to stakeholders in commenting on the Rule change request. The AEMC now invites:

• Written requests not to make a Rule under the expedited process in section 304 of the NGL, including reasons for the request, by 15 September 2011, and
• Written submissions in relation to the Rule change request by 29 September 2011.
