On 29 April 2010, Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) submitted a Rule change request to the Commission.  This request is seeking to amend some of the provisions in the Rules relating to Projected Assessment of System Adequacy (PASA).

The Commission is currently considering this Rule change proposal under section 94 of the National Electricity Law.
