Upon analysis of the rule change request, under section 249(2) of the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law), the AEMC has decided not to take any action in relation to the rule change request submitted by the proponent as the subject matter of the rule change request is outside of the scope of the AEMC’s rule making power. 

The AEMC will not be commencing the rule making process in relation to this rule change request.
