The Australian Energy Market Commission today published version 191 of the National Electricity Rules, which incorporates Schedule 3 of the National Electricity Amendment (Amending the administered price cap) Rule 2022 No. 11. An earlier version 190 of the National Electricity Rules was published on 15 November 2022, incorporating the National Electricity Amendment (Consumer Data Right) Rule 2022.
