On 18 December 2009, the AEMC published the final report for the Annual Market Performance Review 2009 in accordance with clause 8.8.3(k) of the National Electricity Rules (Rules).
The final report was submitted by the Reliability Panel (Panel) to the AEMC in accordance with clause 8.8.3(j).
