The Plutonic Lateral Pipeline (Delivery - Plutonic DS) (PLP) is a transmission pipeline near Kumarina, Western Australia.
The PLP is owned by Superior Gold Inc, trading as Billabong Gold Pty Ltd, and operated by APT Goldfields Pty Ltd. It was previously owned by Plutonic Operations Limited, and APT Goldfields Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of APA Group.
The PLP is 19.2 km in length, 114.3 mm in diameter, and with a capacity of approximately 2.7 TJ/day.
The PLP transports natural gas from the Goldfields Gas Transmission Pipeline at Three Rivers to the Plutonic Gold Mine plant site.
The PLP is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the National Gas Access (WA) Law and Part 23 of the National Gas Rules (WA) (NGR (WA)).
The WA Economic Regulation Authority granted Category 1 and 2 exemptions under Part 23 of the NGR (WA) for the PLP that apply from 4 July 2022 to 4 July 2027.
