The Bass Pakenham Pipeline (BPP) is a buried high-pressure natural gas Bass Pakenham Pipeline (BPP) owned by the BassGas Joint Venture Parties (Beach Energy Ltd, Beach Energy (BassGas) Ltd, Beach Energy (Operations) Limited and Prize Petroleum Limited), and operated by Beach Energy (Operations) Limited.

The BPP is a 35.1 km long, 250 mm diameter welded-steel wall pipeline, which is buried at a minimum depth of 900 mm. It connects the Lang Lang Gas Plant to the Victorian market at Pakenham, approximately 53 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, Victoria.

The BPP is a non-scheme pipeline and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Part 10 of the NGR.
