The Atlas to Reedy Creek Pipeline (ARCP) is a non-scheme transmission pipeline to be built in the Surat Basin, Queensland.
ARC Pipeline Pty Ltd is planning to construct and operate the ARCP. ARC Pipeline Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Senex Energy.
The ARCP:
- will be 56.3 km in length and 300mm in diameter
- have a capacity of up to 189 TJ/d.
The ARCP will transport natural gas from the Surat Basin gas tenements southwest of Wandoan (including Senex Energy’s Project Atlas CSG Project, Atlas Stage 3 Project, and other potential future Senex projects, and other third-party projects) to the Reedy Creek to Wallumbilla Pipeline north of Yuleba, which is owned and operated by APA Group.
The AER granted a five year category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the National Gas Rules on 6 December 2024.
The ARCP pipeline was commissioned for operation in February 2025.
