The Shoalhaven Starches Bomaderry Gas Pipeline  is currently a non-scheme transmission pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Part 10 of the NGR. On 11 April 2023, the AER granted a five year Category 2 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR (as the application was made under Part 23), which immediately transitioned to a Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the NGR.
